History
What can we say about this magnificent and discreet champagne house belonging to the Laurent Perrier group for more than 30 years. Younger sister of Salon champagne, wines not selected to represent Salon vintages abound in the Blancs de blancs of Delamotte, of which Chardonnay is the spearhead. A world-class champagne.
Terroir
The vines come from the Côte des Blancs terroir between Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger without forgetting Avize / Oger. Rare are the champagne houses that can boast of this wealth. Claiming this terroir, making the most of it while fully respecting the vines and the environment, that is the Delamotte spirit.
Vinification and aging
After thirty to thirty-six months of aging on the lees, a slight dosage is added to the Champagne Delamotte brut, as to the entire Delamotte range.
